Free event: Helping student-athletes thrive on and off the field

Students, families, coaches, and community members are invited to attend the Student-Athlete Blueprint, a free evening focused on building strong mindsets, communication skills, leadership habits, and resilience for success both on and off the field. This engaging event will feature former MLB pitcher and Sumner High School alum Nick Hagadone, educator and author Brandon Bakke, and mental performance coach and Mountain View Middle School Assistant Principal Brett McDaniel.
When: 6:30 - 8 pm Monday, June 8
Where: Mountain View Middle School
Attendees are encouraged to bring school supply donations such as pencils, pens, notebooks, calculators, rulers, and backpacks to help support local students. Participants will also receive practical support materials and actionable strategies designed to empower student success.
